Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at crossborder92@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending any items back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
