6-in-1 Solar STEM Kit

Was a great project set to keep my kids busy while visiting with family members that don't get out much...Kept the kids busy & having multiple projects reduced scrabbles!

A little complicate at first. But once you really read the instruction its super easy.

My 8 year old absolutely loves the kits, Great quality and keeps them busy using there brains .. I just want to buy all the kits for him now .

We used to get kiwi co and crunch labs. Both are great products but the kids build in half an hour and then forget about them. I prefer these 100%. For half the cost you get several kits, instead of just one. They are just the right size to build and forget about after the curiosity has faded. Each kit is easy to put together and work really well!

I purchased this for my sons 9th birthday. He is super into Mark Rober and loves to create new things out of old things. When he opened it he was super excited but, when we went to actually build the models, he wasn’t that into it. I think this was a great gift but I think he would of been more patient if I would’ve waited till he was a little older, maybe 10 or 11.

Got these for my daughter who like to build things like lego and the like. Figured it was something she and I could build together. She loves these! They are awesome for the rainy days where you are stuck inside and looking for something quiet to do.However, 2 glaring issues with them. 1. The wood that is used is crap putting it nicely. Much of it delaminates when breaking it out of the skeleton and especially in the marble run, it kept cracking when trying to flex it to fit the model. 2. She is a steady handed kid and rode the struggle bus putting the screws in. Due to the tiny size of some of the part, assembly can be difficult for the kids which I think took some of the fun from her side.I'm actually an engineer/fabricator and was able to get around the issues by gluing the broken parts and 3D printing some reinforcements where needed. However, as a fair warning, there may be models that some can't complete due to parts simply breaking.

My kids really enjoy these projects. They have good directions, they can do them on their own. Gets them off technology and learning without even realizing it. Nice materials. Very little amount of plastic so better for the Earth then most kids stuff.

My 10 year old grandson absolutely loved this. Kept him very entertained and was very proud of himself for being able to do by himself without very much help. Such a cool project for them and kept him busy for hours. Recommend it for a gift.
